Ordering & Returns Information

• All orders are subject to approval by the publisher.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders must be prepaid by PayPal, check, money order, or cashier's check. A charge of $20 or 5% of the check value will be levied on all returned checks. Shipments are held until checks clear.
• Purchase orders may be used for schools with more than 30 Bible students.
• Sales Tax: Most orders ship directly from our printer and may have your state sales tax added, based upon the printer’s own policies.
• We do not accept postdated checks.
• Expedited shipping is available at cost. Expedited rates are significantly higher than the standard rate—up to 100% of the cost of the materials.

• For current shipping and handling rates and options please refer to the current order form.
• Standard Service: All orders within the contiguous United States and Canada are shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx including tracking information for each shipment. UPS and Fedex shipments require a street address.
• Your order may arrive over a period of days in several packages. Please inventory immediately. Read Thru The Word is not responsible for missing items reported after 60 days of the invoice date.
• Allow four weeks for delivery on orders placed after July 15.
• Back orders will be sent automatically to customers as soon as they become available, unless the customer directs us to do otherwise.

• Nearly all RTTW materials are printed on demand and shipped from an off-site printing facility. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, replacement copies will be gladly shipped. No other returns are accepted.
• To arrange for a return or replacement, please notify us by E-mail, phone, fax, or mail within 15 days of receipt of your order.
• Before returning any materials, contact RTTW, so that proper credit can be issued to your account and instructions may be given regarding the Returns Address.
• Read Thru The Word cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in return shipments. Returns should be sent by USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking info.
• Items marked “While Supplies Last” cannot be returned. Nonreturnable merchandise returned to Read Thru The Word will be discarded without refund.
• The customer is responsible to pay all expenses for returning merchandise to Read Thru The Word.
• Allow four weeks for credit to be issued for returned merchandise.

• Read Thru The Word Bible Curriculum materials are protected by copyright law. No part of any publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from the publisher.
